Insighty vs ClickUp:
all-in-one PM vs financial intelligence
ClickUp puts everything in one place — tasks, docs, goals, and time. Insighty is the financial intelligence layer that agencies need alongside it — revenue, retainers, contracts, and forecasting.

The questions ClickUp cannot answer for agency owners
"Are we actually making money on this project?"
ClickUp tracks tasks and hours. It does not know the contract value, billing rate, or budget burn. Project profitability is invisible without a separate spreadsheet.
"Which maintenance clients need invoicing this month?"
Recurring retainers, hosting renewals, and maintenance contracts are not natively managed in ClickUp. Custom fields can track some of this, but they cannot drive invoicing.
"What is the revenue forecast for next quarter?"
ClickUp has no probability-weighted revenue model. Pipeline, committed contracts, retainers, and deferred invoices cannot be combined into a financial forecast without leaving the tool.
"Is this retainer over scope?"
ClickUp tracks hours and tasks. It does not know the included hours budget for a maintenance contract, the change request ceiling, or how tracked time translates to billing.
